Temperature determined sex of crocodile

The sex of a crocodile is determined on the basis of its temperature. Males are produced at around 31.6 deg C and females, at slightly lower or higher temperature.
It often happens that one year bore more females than males, which depends on whether the year was wet and warm or cold and dry. That whether allowing leaves from which the nest was made
to be fast or slow separation, and thus achieves a higher or lower temperature in the nest, which directly determines the sex of crocodiles.
