World's longest traffic jam

The Worlds longest traffic jam was 110 miles (176 kilometers) long, between Paris and Lyon on the French Autoroute in 1980. A more recent Contender for the title was a 100 mile (160 kilometers) long traffic Jam, near Hamburg in Germany in 1993.
