Most convicted man in the world
Forty-nine-year old Baldwin Paul from Portsmouth, England continued to record-breaking, he was arrested 154th time in June 2010. British, and perhaps a world record in the number of arrests, 154th time ending up behind bars because he had stolen a crate of beer. His list of offenses, otherwise is infinite, and there is just few offenses that he was not arrested for. Never, however, has not made a serious crime such as murder or armed robbery. A year and a half after he was arrested for stealing a can of beer, which costs one pound, and had to pay a fine of 5,000 pounds, that has been replaced by the prison. A few days after being released from prison he got fight in the pub, which is why he was arrested 153rd time and sentenced to one year in prison. Before the 154th arrest, he spent the entire two weeks at freedom.
why does he do that to himself...
