That's a lot of atoms

Average human body is made of seven quadrillion atoms, it is 7 with 27 zeros - 7 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000. And that human hair has a 300 000 atoms in diameter. ( Physicists say so. I really do not understand how they got that number )
